Minimal quantity lubrication from bielomatik with the finest dosing possible ensures a clean machine environment and components that will generally not require any cleaning. In addition to optimum machining processes, MQL also makes for extended tool life and clear cost savings.

The bielomatik 1-channel system is suitable for machining processes with low to medium spindle speeds. It can even be used if the spindle has a complex internal geometry. Due to the design requirements, lower viscosity oils are used. Typical applications are transfer lines or machines with a tool turret. With known processes, the system also lends itself to use on machining centres. In addition, this system is also suitable for retrofitting.
