Minimal quantity lubrication from bielomatik with the finest dosing possible ensures a clean machine environment and components that will generally not require any cleaning. In addition to optimum machining processes, MQL also makes for extended tool life and clear cost savings.

Thanks to the proximity of the mixing to the cutting process, the bielomatik 2-channel system is also suitable for highly dynamic processes with high spindle speeds. Typical applications are machining centres with frequent tool changes. Precise dosing for small tools is ensured, as is the supply for tools with a higher lubricant requirement. Overdosing during tool changes is precluded by design and "chip-to-chip" time is kept very short thanks to the fast response. The oil feed can be calibrated accurately and independently of the spindle speed.
