The innovative Transponder manufacturing concept for UHF tags
To meet the demand of large scale use of RFID at Item Level, bielomatik has developed a patent pending process to manufacture wet antennas out of pressure sensitive paper and very thin Aluminium foil in a reel-to-reel high speed converting mode. The combination of 10 micron Aluminium foil and paper offers new possibilities in terms of cost, resources, recycling, fraud and environment protection. Complemented with bielomatiks unique RF-LoopTag® chip module, the label printer will be able to manufacture antennas, Inlays and Smart Labels on the same machine from bielomatik.
The 5 Cent label becomes reality, with ideas and machines from bielomatik using ubiquitous materials.
